Dr. Amy Wright is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist with 25 years of experience providing compassionate, expert care to women in the metro Detroit area. She is dedicated to supporting women’s health at every stage of life, with a strong focus on patient education, individualized treatment, and reducing barriers to quality healthcare.

Commitment to Women's Health
Dr. Wright has dedicated her career to mentoring and educating future physicians as a clinical faculty member for the Wayne State University Family Medicine Residency Program. She has also played a key role in training OBGYN residents, emphasizing the importance of delivering unbiased, compassionate care to all women.
Beyond her medical practice, Dr. Wright is deeply committed to improving healthcare access in the Detroit community. She believes that healthier women lead to healthier families and stronger communities. As a steering committee member for the WSU Office of Women’s Health SOS Maternity Program, she works to reduce preterm labor and enhance maternity care in Detroit.
Recently, Dr. Wright accepted the role of Medical Director for the Wayne Women’s Mobile Health Unit, expanding healthcare access for historically underserved women and reinforcing her dedication to breaking down barriers to quality care.

Sara Grapsas is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, dual certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). With over a decade of experience in bedside nursing and the past three and a half years specializing in women’s health, Sara is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care that empowers patients to take an active role in their health journey.

Sara began her career with 11 years of bedside nursing experience, focusing on medical-surgical and orthopedic care. She has spent the last 3.5 years training closely with Dr. Amy Wright in women’s health, where she continues to expand her expertise and impact. She has also served as a Student Nurse Mentor for Oakland University from 2013 to 2021, supporting the development of future nursing professionals and reinforcing her passion for education and mentorship.
